I’ve been into mafia romance lately, so this really hits the spot. I love how possessive Nico was of Serenity, especially once he had her locked into a union with him. He wasn’t going to let anything get between them and their lives together. I liked that Serenity continued to have hope in others despite having grown up with not so much hope herself. But what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and she proves that in more ways than one.
Something different but still incredibly hot and sexy from this author. A wonderful surprised as I wasn’t expecting something in a different genre. Definitely looking forward to more!

Viciously Protective Mafia Man
I am not really into Mafia romance, but this book has it all. I love all the books by V.T. that I’ve read, and I am so glad I read this one too. As an important Maffia don in NYC Nico has to be vicious in his reign, but he’s also extremely protective of his family. And crazy about Serenity. She is ‘the younger daughter’ and throughout the book grows into a fierce woman no one should trifle with.
Next to the cruelty that comes with the criminal life, the story gives us a wonderful romance as well. A HEA that leaves more to tell and I hope I’ll meet them again in the following books in this series.

MAFIA CORRUPTION
When you love a dedication, you know you are going to read a fantastic book. So, when I read that ‘the trunk is always an option…’ I knew I was not going to able to put this book down and V.T. Bonds did not disappoint. The characters were multidimensional while remaining true to the mafia trope, the story line was engaging and while this is a standalone, I can see this series being a must for all lovers of dark alpha mafia men who will burn down the world to protect their principessa. Fantastic writing, great characters, excellent story, I want more corruption!
