Sandra Sanches –
The third book of Sci-Fi fairytale fusions series and Wow,it’s overwhelming how the authors picked in children ‘s fairytales and turned them into intense and immersive tales that pull all your heartstrings.
Cinza and Armyn’s story is no exception, very well written with a captivating and complex plot, superb world building and carefull weaved characters.
Highly recomend!.

All the ups and downs in this retelling Cinderella. Very well written that is feels like a complete new story instead of a retelling. Very enjoyable to read.

No Need Of A Glass Slipper
In German there is a special saying: “When I love you, I tease you” (more or less) and in this case Armyn in his youth is telling everybody that he is the only boy who can tease Cinza. Not realizing that this makes her very lonely, because they are all afraid of the prince. And then he has to join the military for 6 years. For him and his three friends a hard period with a terrible ending. The former two books fortunately give some more information about this trauma. In these years Cinza looses her mother, gets an absent father and a vicious stepmother and -sister (only one this time).
I liked it very much how the author put this well known fairy tale into a story with alphas, betas and omegas. The emotional progress of all characters is very believable and I was glad rescue came in time at the end 😉Lovely story!

Another fun and steamy fairytale retelling from V.T. Bonds and Leann Ryans. This is the turn of the faerie Cinza and her arrogant alpha raptyr Prince, Armyn. This is a fantasy retelling of Cinderella with an omegaverse twist.
I am loving this series with its sci-fi/fantasy spin on classic stories. The link between the quick reads is the brotherhood of ex service men. These 4 were bonded through service trauma and their relationships endure. I love seeing their happy endings unfold.
Armyn is a determined alpha caught between his desire for his omega and his royal duties. Cinza is the neglected and lonely daughter of a kingdom official who is abused by her stepmother. He falls hard and fast. She takes a little more persuasion due to his childhood bullying of Cinza. Life brings them back together and with a little threat and excitement for good measure.
Themes:
Childhood bully/second chance
Repressed omega
Enemies to lovers
Jealous possessive alpha

Armyn wasn’t a prince charming to Cinza. He was a bully and a pain in the behind. But Cinza can’t help how she reactions to him. And the few times he saved her from getting in trouble, she hopes there’s more to this uncharming prince. But her happy life has turned upside down and she struggles to find some hope in the darkness.
This is a retelling of Cinderella, OV style, and is the third book in the Sci-Fi Fairytale Fusions series. If you love OV, this is one not to be missed as well.
